How do I switch from Homebase to Platofy?
Export your employee list from Homebase (or send a photo of this week's schedule) through the free switch-over form. We set up your team, positions and shift templates and send you a link when it's ready, usually within one business day.
How much does Platofy cost?
Free for one location and up to 15 people. Starter is $26 a month for one location and up to 30 people. Pro is $58 a month for up to three locations with unlimited people, and each extra location is $15. New businesses get 30 days of Pro free, no card.
Do my staff need to download an app?
No. Platofy runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen, with notifications for new schedules, swaps and time-off answers.
Can I run Platofy next to Homebase for a week first?
Yes. Many managers build one week in Platofy while the old tool is still running, then switch once the team is in. The free plan and the 30-day Pro trial make that easy.
